Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Please note: We cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Feeds & fertilizers
- Growing media
- Composting products
These items are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on their product pages.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided, including the RMA number on the package
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification about the status of your refund. Here’s what you can expect:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your return request, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
